Job summary
A leading construction consultancy in Riyadh is seeking a project manager with over 15 years of experience, including significant stadium project expertise. The ideal candidate will handle full project lifecycle management, oversee MEP works, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years’ experience, including 5+ years in PMC.
- Proven stadium project experience.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: design review, authority approvals, construction.
- Oversee MEP works including water, sewage, and power systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Manage full project lifecycle: design review, authority approvals, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Oversee MEP works water, sewage, power, telecom ducts, stormwater drainage.
- Coordinate ICT, ELV, and data systems within external works packages.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience, including 5+ years in PMC.
- Proven stadium project experience.
- Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval workflows.

You will mentor, coach, and develop teams, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.
