Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle: design review, authority approvals, construction, testing, and commissioning.
  • Oversee MEP works water, sewage, power, telecom ducts, stormwater drainage.
  • Coordinate ICT, ELV, and data systems within external works packages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience, including 5+ years in PMC.

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering.
