The tester should ensure the quality and performance of eVoucher Portals and Services.
You will perform tests for web applications and APIs, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and document manual and automated test cases.
Identify, report, and track bugs and performance issues.
Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing web application and APIs.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Verify compliance with business requirements and user expectations.
Attend meetings, provide test support, and assist with BAT (Business Acceptance Testing).
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced computer-related field, with a strong interest in and foundation knowledge of QA testing
Understanding of functional requirements, business process flows, user stories, epics.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
In-depth knowledge of preparing testing scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Familiarity with conducting Functional, Regression, Performance and Load Testing.
Familiarity with or basic knowledge on testing tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, JMeter).
Familiarity with determine, report and track defects & failures.
Ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with teams
Experienced in ULA or loyalty platforms
