Site Engineers (Electrical - Sr. Infrastructure)- Construction & Real Estate | Saudi Arabia

The Company

A construction company provides general contracting services for building construction, renovations, and infrastructure. It has diversified its project portfolio, spanning various sectors such as industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, recreational, healthcare, and commercial across the kingdom.

Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.

Work Location: Dammam (Sites), Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

1. Supervise execution of all electrical works on-site, including internal building systems and external infrastructure networks.
2. Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
3. Coordinate daily tasks among teams for both indoor electrical setups and outdoor infrastructure components.
4. Oversee installation of lighting, power systems, cabling, panels, transformers, and utility connections.
5. Resolve technical site issues and propose improvements for both internal and infrastructure works.
6. Monitor usage of materials, manpower, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
7. Conduct regular inspections to confirm compliance with safety, quality, and authority regulations.
8. Maintain accurate documentation and report site progress and delays to project stakeholders.
9. Ensure readiness of systems for testing, commissioning, and handover.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. +7 years of experience handling both internal electrical site works and external infrastructure works.
3. Experience working on commercial and villa projects is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, load distribution, and utility requirements.
5. Familiar with authority approvals, site layouts, and infrastructure routing.
6. Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality control procedures.
7. Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple scopes and meet tight deadlines.
9. Willingness to work on-site full-time and handle diverse site conditions.
