Overview

The tester should ensure the quality and performance of eVoucher Portals and Services.

You will perform tests for web applications and APIs, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and performance issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing for web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Verify compliance with business requirements and user expectations.
• Attend meetings, provide test support, and assist with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Qualifications

• Experienced in a computer-related field, with a strong interest in and foundational knowledge of QA testing.
• Understanding of functional requirements, business process flows, user stories, and epics.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• In-depth knowledge of preparing testing scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Familiarity with conducting functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, JMeter).
• Ability to determine, report, and track defects and failures.
• Ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
• Experience with ULA or loyalty platforms.
