Job summary

Salehiya Healthcare seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise Material Handling Officers, Laborers, and Equipment Operators, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely distribution activities.

You will support inventory control, cycle counts, and improve warehouse performance while adhering to SOPs, GDP, and safety standards. English proficiency and strong teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Pharmacy or Biomedical field.
• 5–8 years in Supply Chain and related activities.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and dispatch.
• Allocate and monitor daily tasks for staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, QMS, GDP and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and transportation teams for efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve service levels and warehouse performance.
