The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs/ROAS/CTR/CPA) and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and operation teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure SEO optimization and user-friendly navigation.
- Test and optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.) to measure ROI and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across all relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategy accordingly.
- Build and maintain community relationships by engaging with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant groups.
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new tools, and emerging best practices in social media marketing.
