We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign ROI Management: Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing campaigns, identify areas for optimization to maximize performance, and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders providing actionable insights.
- Analyze funnels of experience and journeys: Analyze user journeys, funnels, and overall customer experience across digital platforms, identify friction points and opportunities for improving engagement and conversion, and collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to enhance user experience based on data-driven insights.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage, and optimize marketing efforts using analytics tools and performance metrics.
- SPOC for Marketing & Digital Roadmap: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for marketing initiatives across departments, represent the marketing team in strategic planning discussions ensuring alignment with the digital roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Proven experience in Digital Banking marketing campaign.
