Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for an Equipment & Cranes Rental Marketing Representative. The Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and renting cranes and heavy equipment, handling customer inquiries, managing client relationships, and providing support to clients. And to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market presence and achieve sales targets.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  1. Revenue generation:

    Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and improving market penetration.

  2. Client management:

    Build and maintain relationships with clients, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and quick problem resolution.

  3. Market development:

    Identify new markets and product opportunities within the transportation sector, which can include working with OEMs for new bus and truck products.

  4. Sales strategy and plan:

    Create and implement strategic sales plans, maintain an accurate sales pipeline in a CRM, and provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts.
