Job description
Title:
Principal Design Engineer - Static Equipment
Requirements:
- Have 15+ years of extensive experience in the design and engineering of static equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Columns, Tanks, and Packages.
- Experience in the fields of Oil & Gas Production, Refinery, and Petrochemical industries.
- Have experience in FEED & Detailed Design projects; experience in revamping and upgrading heat exchangers is an added advantage.
- Have detailed experience using HTRI applications and sound knowledge in selecting heat exchanger types for various applications in the above industries.
- Deep knowledge of TEMA, API 660, API 661, and other relevant international standards regarding heat exchangers.
- Sound knowledge in selecting materials and implementing corrosion control measures for heat exchangers.
- Capable of leading a team of engineers in the design of heat exchangers.
- Knowledge of applying value engineering concepts in heat exchanger design.
