Motorola Solutions is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to enhance employee experience in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include managing HR projects, providing expert HR support, and optimizing HR systems. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HR experience, a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution: Actively participate in and support the execution of diverse HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment with business objectives.
Comprehensive HR Support: Provide expert HR support across a broad spectrum of functions, including talent acquisition, seamless onboarding, effective employee relations, robust talent management, and adherence to Saudi Arabian labor law and company policies.
HR System Optimization: Maintain, enhance, and optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday), serving as a subject matter expert and providing dedicated support to users to maximize system efficiency.
Process Improvement & Employee Experience: Lead the implementation of innovative HR processes specifically tailored for Saudi Arabia to significantly improve the employee experience and contribute directly to organizational success.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful HR reports, conduct thorough data analysis, and meticulously document HR-related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with other HR teams, facilitating the efficient sharing of knowledge, policies, programs, and updates to ensure consistent HR delivery.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or a closely related HR field.
KSA Labor Law Expertise: Proven in-depth expertise and practical application of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and influence employees and management at all organizational levels.
Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Organizational & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and successfully executing complex projects.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a significant advantage.
Language Fluency: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
