A leading technology firm based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced professional to drive and implement service sales strategies. The candidate will focus on contract management, compliance, and achieving KPIs across multiple business units. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 10 years of service sales experience are required. Proficiency in English is also a must.

Overview

The opportunity to build and grow the responsible for the driving, implement, reporting and monitoring of the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards. Key areas of focus include identifying, discussing, reviewing and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance. Documenting any changes/amendments that happen during contract execution.

How you’ll make an impact
  • You will be Assesses and monitors the success/deviations of contracts to identify and required changes. Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s own representatives. Provides support and advice of new potential business opportunities demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/ terminology.

  • You will achieving assigned KPI for 3 BUs (PGHV, TRES, PGGI) and developing the pipeline for the 3 Bus (PGHV, TRES, PGGI) - Ensure customer satisfaction and to meet customer expectations and coordinating with all BUs to maintain “One face towards the customer” as one Hitachi.

  • You will be utilizing Hitachi given tools for proactive engagement with the customer and define the strategy for their responsibly accounts to maintain, analyze and improve the data within the Sales Force.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Service sales business.
