A leading consumer goods company is seeking a professional for their Supply Chain team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual will supervise a cash and claims team, managing customer accounts while ensuring operational excellence in cash collection and claims management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivables or collections. Ensure operational excellence in the end‑to‑end cash collection and claims management cycle. It will have supervisory responsibilities for the Riyadh cash & claims team as well as managing two customer accounts. Corresponding with customers to close open invoices, settle claims, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances. Coordinating with colleagues in logistics and sales for open actions and to highlight risks or manage bad debts. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.
