We are seeking a top-tier Strategy & Planning professional to join Cisco’s Sales Organization in Saudi Arabia. This role offers the unique opportunity to be a key orchestrator of Cisco’s transformational agenda, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to bring our Strategic Growth Plan to life.

What You'll Do

1. Drive cross-functional alignment and execution of key initiatives within the Growth Plan.
2. Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team in Saudi Arabia.
3. Coordinate, document, track, and present growth plans effectively.
4. Build and lead a matrixed team, forging positive relationships to achieve collective success, even in uncharted territory.
5. Support key business initiatives across MEA-TRC, EMEA, and Global regions.

Who you'll work with

1. Report to the Head of Strategy & Planning for the MEA-TRC Theatre and become a member of Saudi Arabia’s management team.
2. Work closely with KSA Sales and Sales Leadership teams, as well as corporate functions like Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, and Country Enablement.
3. Engage with all levels of seniority, from individual contributors to top executives.
4. Participate in external engagements with government officials, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and distribution partners.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience in strategy and planning or directly related roles.
• Proficiency in program and project management, capable of translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and driving their implementation.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with experience in public speaking and producing executive-level content.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-led culture.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in Arabic.
