- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients; target new clients; stay well versed and updated with market conditions & competitors for pricing and target achievements.
- Have thorough knowledge of the Construction and FM business models.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, specifications and availability.
- Have thorough knowledge of codes and standards.

Requirements and skills
