Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients; target new clients; stay well versed and updated with market conditions & competitors for pricing and target achievements.
  • Have thorough knowledge of the Construction and FM business models.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, specifications and availability.
  • Have thorough knowledge of codes and standards.
  • Understand the client requirement and give a complete brief about the company and FM services.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
