Job summary

Almarai is seeking a capable workshop supervisor to organize and control assigned work by scheduling, supervising and assisting mechanics and technicians on shift. You will plan and implement training for workshop staff using a mentorship approach to ensure skill levels meet maintenance needs.

Key responsibilities include managing daily workshop operations, maintaining maintenance records, inspecting hygiene and safety, monitoring costs, and ensuring SAP Fiori usage for staff productivity across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Knowledge of SAP PM Module.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in database management or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work across KSA and GCC countries as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workshop operations, including staffing, monitoring, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair documentation, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and manufacturer procedures.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and maintain good housekeeping practices within the workshop.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cost comparisons and recommend technically sound, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure effective and fair utilization of workshop staff using the SAP Fiori platform.
• Monitor assigned work, track KPIs, and recommend training requirements based on competency and skill levels.
• Maintain and update the workshop staff skills matrix.
• Maintain asset records for workshop equipment, report defective or damaged equipment, and recommend repair solutions when required.
• Analyze oil analysis reports and implement corrective actions as necessary.
