Almarai in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager for the Workshop to lead repair and maintenance of transport fleets and asset monitoring. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time execution while managing budgets and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 8–10 years of experience, with knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001, and hands-on experience with Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar fleet maintenance role.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Transportation Fleet Repair and Upkeep are performed per plan and budget.
• Lead asset monitoring with a focus on safety, quality, and timely execution.
