Job summary

alfanar Electric is seeking a Branch Sales Manager – Wholesale in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the branch sales and support teams, manage key accounts and distributors, develop sales plans, and drive growth across the wholesale portfolio while ensuring governance and compliance with company policies.

You will coordinate with multiple internal departments, oversee collections, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring to achieve targets and optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or business management.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in sales management, wholesale sales, electrical products, distribution, branch management.
• Experience managing sales teams, key accounts, distributors and branch operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and support team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive wholesale growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new customers.
• Manage branch commercial performance including revenue, collections, product mix and market development.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts; conduct business reviews.
