Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea, part of the Miraval Resorts & Spas family, seeks a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and guiding them through treatments, wellness programs, and retail offerings.

You will manage bookings, assist with payments, upsell wellness services, and support across Life in Balance Spa, Aquatic Center, and Serenity Center as needed, fostering a calm and mindful guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa receptionist or guest services role within a luxury wellness resort or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of skincare and wellness products, with ability to incorporate them into spa recommendations.
• Experience in booking systems and managing appointments efficiently.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a passion for wellness and mindfulness.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling services and retail products in a luxury setting.
• Proficiency with digital tools for scheduling, guest management, and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the spa team and wellness professionals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, informing about spa treatments and wellness programs.
• Manage guest bookings and scheduling for spa treatments and fitness services.
• Provide product information and recommendations for retail products used in treatments.
• Process check-ins/outs, handle payments, and assist guest inquiries.
• Upsell and cross-sell services and products in a mindful, guest-focused manner.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and other centers to ensure integrated guest experiences.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization; assist with inventory and reports.
• Record guest preferences and assist in tracking guest experiences.
