Qualified candidates hold a certified massage therapist license, with 2+ years in luxury spas, and practice Swedish, deep tissue, Thai and aromatherapy. English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus, and a mindful, guest‑centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Massage Therapist license recognized in country of origin and/or Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury spas, wellness retreats, or hospitality environments.
• Skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, aromatherapy, facial and body treatments.
• English fluent; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of anatomy, contraindications, and professional draping standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments—including massage, body therapies, and signature Miraval treatments with professionalism and personalized care.
• Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to ensure safety, comfort, and customization.
• Incorporate breathwork, mindfulness cues, or guided relaxation to enhance presence and awareness.
• Provide thoughtful aftercare recommendations to support ongoing wellbeing.
• Maintain a calm, respectful environment and ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
