Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks a seasoned Welding Lead to supervise welding operations for pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers. You will oversee SMAW, FCAW, GTAW (TIG), and orbital welding for CS, SS, and alloy steel, and allocate welders and resources per WPS and PQRs.

Responsibilities include monitoring fit-up, preheat, interpass temperatures, PWHT, consumables, maintaining weld traceability, logbooks, and repair records, and coordinating with QA/QC for inspections and NDT to ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Total 4-8 years of welding experience for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers.
  • CSWIP 3.1 certification is required.
  • Experience with ASME, API, AWS standards and safety practices.
