Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks a Senior QA/QC Lead with 10+ years in manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks and heat exchangers. The role requires strong QA/QC management, NDT supervision, and expertise across ASME, API, and welding codes.

Be prepared to coordinate with vendors, clients, and inspectors to ensure compliance and deliver quality dossiers in a demanding Oil & Gas environment. Candidate should hold BE Mechanical and CSWIP 3.1, with ASNT Level II in NDT, and experience shaping ITPs and NCR

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial QA/QC experience with 6 years in QA/QC and 4 years in Oil & Gas.
• Certified CWI or CSWIP with ASNT Level II in NDT.
• Proficient in ASME, API, AWS, and relevant fabrication/inspection codes.
• Review and approve WPS, PQRs, and welder qualifications.
• Monitor NDT activities and personnel.
• Manage outsourced fabrication/inspection; coordinate with vendors and third-party inspectors.
• Prepare ITPs, inspection reports, and final quality dossiers.
• Interface with clients for hold/witness points, DCL submissions, and testing.
• Handle NCRs, corrective actions, technical clarifications, and drive quality improvements.
