Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role.

• Knowledge of local vendors in Jeddah is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss wedding vision, budget, and requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for catering, venue, decorations, etc.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding.
• Manage RSVPs and guest list.
• Coordinate all logistics on the day of the wedding.
• Provide support to the couple throughout the planning process.
• Ensure that all events adhere to cultural customs and traditions.
