Wedding Planner


We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of a wedding, from initial consultation with the clients to the execution of the event. This is a contract position suitable for individuals seeking English speaking jobs in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Create detailed plans and timelines for all aspects of the wedding, including venue, catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service
- Oversee the budget and ensure that all expenses stay within the allocated budget
- Coordinate with venue staff, caterers, florists, musicians and other vendors to ensure seamless execution on the day of the wedding
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the planning process
- Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies during the event
- Conduct post-event evaluation to gather feedback from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
