Position Overview:
As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day. This includes working closely with the bride and groom to understand their vision and preferences, liaising with vendors and suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Manage budgets and ensure that all expenses stay within the agreed-upon budget
- Coordinate all logistics for the wedding day, including transportation, decor setup, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Oversee all aspects of the wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and other team members
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with local venues, vendors, and suppliers is a plus

Requirements:
