Job summary

Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) seeks an experienced Facility Services Manager to lead and oversee cleaning, catering, waste management and other support functions, ensuring service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage teams and vendors, drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, and align operations with budgetary goals while mentoring staff and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field required.
• Certification in Facility Management, Health & Safety (IFMA CFM, NEBOSH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage facility services operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with SLAs.
• Supervise services teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and report outcomes with recommendations for improvement.
• Implement and maintain policies aligning services with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets and resources for cost-effective operations.
• Support and mentor staff development with training opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align services with business needs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and service enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, health and safety laws, and company policies.

Educational Background
