Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Senior FM Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee the operational performance of service providers on large-scale FM contracts, including road works and street lighting.

The role requires extensive audits, risk management, and compliance experience, with a focus on continuous service delivery improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years in facilities management, a strong technical background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/EAM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of road works, street lighting, and Saudi highway codes.
• Proven track record in managing large FM contracts.
• Experience with audits, risk management and compliance.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of service providers on large FM contracts.
• Carry out audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Prepare reports and conduct data analysis for performance reviews.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with CAFM/EAM systems.

Required to join a leading facilities management providing IFM, asset management, energy solutions to a range of clients in Saudi Arabia, The Senior FM Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational performance of service providers relating to road works (construction, operation and maintenance), street lighting, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilities
• Technical background on road works (construction, operation and maintenance), street lighting and well verse in policy and Saudi highway codes.
• 15 years + experience
• A proven track record in managing the operational performance of service providers on large scale Facilities Management contracts
• Extensive Audit / Risk Management / Compliance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principles
