Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred.
• Occupational Health and Safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, issuing and dispatch of materials.
• Verify incoming goods against POs and delivery docs; report discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders and internal requests.
• Maintain stock rotation, storage locations, labeling and space utilization.
• Supervise personnel, assign tasks, monitor performance, and train staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower/equipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Monitor inventory levels and storage capacity.
• Identify improvements in processes, productivity and cost.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, Sales.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
