Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of industrial and chemical inventory. You will ensure continuous production, strict safety compliance, and accurate ERP handling to support refinery operations.

You will manage 24/7 shift rosters, enforce PTW/LOTO, and drive process improvements while coordinating with customs brokers and site stakeholders for smooth inbound/outbound flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of warehouse supervision experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hazardous material handling and storage regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo and Jisr for inventory transactions.
• Understanding of Saudi Customs procedures and import documentation.
• Valid forklift certification and ability to train others on safe equipment operation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication.
• Ability to work in an industrial plant environment with associated physical demands.

Responsabilités

• Maintain inventory accuracy above 98% through regular cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Supervise shift rosters to ensure 24/7 refinery operations coverage.
• Enforce PTW and LOTO procedures for warehouse and maintenance activities.
• Optimize warehouse layout and bin locations to improve picking efficiency.
• Support audits with accurate documentation and physical verification.
• Oversee third-party logistics staff to ensure safety rules and site access compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks in warehouse workflows and implement time-saving solutions.
