Saudi Gold Refinery in Riyadh seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team and ensure secure, accurate handling of materials and reagents while enforcing HSE standards. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and drives inventory accuracy, ERP data integrity in Odoo, and cost- reduction initiatives in a strict regulatory environment.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industrial warehouse experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Arabic, with on-site work in Riyadh.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' warehouse management experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience handling hazardous chemicals and industrial reagents safely.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management (Odoo preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership of shift-based warehouse teams and knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and real-time discrepancy investigation.
• Supervise warehouse staff across shifts to ensure coverage for receiving and dispatch operations.
• Manage master data and warehouse transactions in the ERP (Odoo) system; optimize layout and storage capacity.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory records and compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs and minimize waste through process improvements.
