Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics, transportation, supplier coordination, and documentation to keep materials moving on schedule.

You will lead dispatch planning, vendor management, and KPI tracking, ensuring compliance with HSE and international standards while driving continuous process improvements within the mining operations. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in industrial/mining environments.
• Experience with transportation planning, shipment scheduling, and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and domestic logistics requirements.
• Experience managing warehousing, inventory, and dispatch.
• Strong vendor-management and cost-control capabilities; proficiency with third-party logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound, outbound, and domestic shipments with clear delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage supplier relationships, delivery windows, and documentation.
• Oversee warehouse coordination, inventory movements, and record-keeping.
• Prepare shipping and customs documents and liaise with customs brokers.
• Supervise logistics staff and ensure compliance with HSE and regulations.
• Track KPIs, costs, and initiate process improvements to raise efficiency.
