Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery SGR is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager in Riyadh to lead a team of warehouse operators and supervisors, ensuring secure storage of hazardous materials and accurate inventory records.

You will optimize space, manage inbound/outbound logistics, and enforce HSE compliance while using Odoo or similar ERP systems to maintain master data and transaction integrity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of warehouse management experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience handling hazardous chemicals and industrial reagents safely.
• Strong proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP systems for inventory management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing shift-based teams.
• Knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and import procedures.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy control with regular cycle counts and real-time discrepancy investigation.
• Hazardous material safety and SDS compliance.
• Team supervision across shifts to ensure adequate coverage for receiving and dispatch.
• Inbound logistics coordination with suppliers and customs brokers for timely clearance.
• ERP system management and master data integrity in the warehouse.
• Space utilization optimization to improve picking efficiency and storage capacity.
• Audit and compliance support with accurate inventory records.
• Cost reduction initiatives to minimize inventory holding costs.
