Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will lead a team, optimize layouts, and maintain safety and accuracy in SAP transactions.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with at least 2 years in supervision, strong WMS knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and processes for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Manage loading/unloading with proper documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and training.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and production teams.
• Ensure SAP transactions are accurate.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Support implementation of new warehouse technologies.
