Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to manage replenishment activities in the warehouse and ensure stock flows from bulk storage to picking locations for daily operations. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and high product availability.

You will lead the replenishment team, optimize processes, and prepare daily KPI reports while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse operations experience (Retail or FMCG preferred).
• Previous experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.
