Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا in Jeddah is seeking an Inbound Officer to lead inbound receiving, unload activities, and batch labeling within our logistics team.

You will verify goods against invoices and purchase orders, inspect quality and expiration dates, and ensure accurate WMS updates and daily reports. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse while upholding safety and standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• Knowledge of WMS and barcode scanning is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inbound receiving operations and unloading activities
• Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
• Inspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with company standards
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediately
• Manage batch creation and ensure proper labeling of received goods
• Organize and transfer received pallets to designated warehouse zones
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management to avoid delays and congestion
• Maintain accurate receiving records and update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Prepare daily receiving and discrepancy reports
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
