Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا seeks an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to manage replenishment activities in our warehouse, ensuring a steady stock flow from bulk storage to picking locations to support daily operations and high product availability.

You will lead the replenishment team, optimize processes, and collaborate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse operations experience, Retail or FMCG preferred.
• Experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management
