Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an experienced Consolidation Supervisor to oversee daily consolidation operations in our Riyadh-based warehouse.

You will supervise team leaders and warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflows, accuracy, and on-time outbound shipments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in logistics or related field, 4+ years in logistics with 2+ in supervision, and strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily consolidation operations and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Lead and support team leaders and warehouse staff to meet KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Plan workforce allocation based on daily volume and priorities.
• Coordinate with inbound, inventory, dispatch, and transport teams.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
