Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The role focuses on monitoring KPIs, supervising team leaders, pickers and other staff, and maintaining high operational standards.

You will supervise order preparation, ensure accuracy and quality, and ensure timely delivery to all branches. Collaboration with other teams and reports to enable performance insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or warehouse supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track KPIs for Team Leaders, pickers, and all operational departments.
Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Oversee order preparation and ensure accuracy and quality.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to all branches.
Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
Coordinate with different departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
Prepare reports and provide performance insights.
