Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, staff management, and implementing inventory controls to boost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in WMS and inventory systems. A logistics or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.

• Proficient in WMS and inventory software.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily DC operations.
• Analyze and follow up on performance of receiving, storage, picking, IR.
• Ensure achievement of operational and service KPIs.
• Control inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage and losses.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage the DC budget and control operational costs (manpower, materials, etc).
• Coordinate with transportation, stores ops, commercial, finance, HR.
• Prepare and present operational reports to director weekly (ops performance, inventory).
• Plan DC capacity and readiness for peak seasons.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.
