Alu masa factory Co.for metal product in Jubail, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations for aluminum, glass, steel and architectural façade projects. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, material receiving, storage and issuance with strong coordination with procurement, production and site teams.

Candidates should have at least five years in warehouse management within construction or fabrication settings, with proficiency in Excel and ERP

Formación

• Experience managing warehouse operations in construction or fabrication environments.
• Strong inventory control and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with cross-functional procurement, production and site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness and safety.
• Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Verify incoming materials against POs, Delivery Notes and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, MIV and MRN documents.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and site teams for timely material issuance and dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
