Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness and safety.
• Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Verify incoming materials against POs, Delivery Notes and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, MIV and MRN documents.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and site teams for timely material issuance and dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material receiving, storage, and issuance for aluminum, glass, steel, and architectural façade projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction or manufacturing warehouse operations, excellent inventory control skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with procurement, production, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and material safety.
2. Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material tracking systems.
4. Handle aluminum profiles, ACP sheets, glass, steel sections, stainless steel materials, hardware, accessories, and consumables.
5. Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Notes (DN), and approved specifications.
6. Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Vouchers (MIV), and Material Return Notes (MRN).
7. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
8. Implement material identification, labeling, tagging, and proper storage procedures.
9. Maintain project-wise material allocation, consumption, and balance records.
10. Coordinate with production and site teams for timely material issuance and dispatch.
11. Monitor material wastage, damage, shortages, and surplus stock.
12. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
13. Maintain records of tools, equipment, machinery accessories, and consumables.
14. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
15. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements and 5S practices.
16. Supervise warehouse staff and material handling activities.
17. Qualifications & Experience
18. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
19. Minimum 5 years of warehouse or store management experience, preferably in aluminum fabrication, steel fabrication, façade works, or construction.
20. Experience in project-based material inventory management.
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
22. Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse documentation.
23. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
24. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
