Darkstone Arabia Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate records and compliance with project procedures.

You will verify deliveries against POs and packing lists, update stock cards and MMS/ERP records, conduct periodic counts, and coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and warehouse supervision to resolve discrepancies and nonconformities.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or diploma.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in construction.
• Familiarity with material receiving, inventory control, and issuance procedures.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Receive delivered materials and verify quantities against purchase orders, delivery notes, and packing lists.
• Check materials for visible damage, correct identification, and compliance with delivery documents.
• Prepare and maintain Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) and Material Issue Vouchers (MIVs).
• Arrange materials in designated storage areas with proper labeling and identification.
• Issue materials only against authorized requests and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Update stock cards, inventory registers, and MMS/ERP records.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies, shortages, excess quantities, or damaged materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, and warehouse supervision regarding inspections and nonconformities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with warehouse safety procedures.
