Job summary

Confidential is seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the project site/warehouse. You will maintain accurate inventory and support site operations by efficient store management.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in storekeeping, familiarity with SAP/ERP systems, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in English/Arabic and physical fitness are important for daily site tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; diploma in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with inventory and storekeeping in construction or similar environment preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP or similar inventory systems and basic MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
• Organize materials for safe storage and quick identification.
• Issue materials to site personnel against approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for reorders.
• Record returns, damaged goods, and obsolete stock; prepare reports.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or theft.
• Comply with health, safety, and site regulations in the store area.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams on material availability.
