Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, mechanical, or admin.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate material issuance and transfers.
• Ensure proper storage, preservation and housekeeping of materials.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and support stock audits.
• Operate ERP systems and prepare warehouse reports.
