Job summary

Lantern Systems Co. Ltd seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and release of materials for company projects in Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control and timely dispatch to project sites.

Responsibilities include receiving goods against POs, verifying details, maintaining records, and coordinating with Procurement and Logistics to ensure proper storage, labeling, and serenity of stock across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Knowledge of goods receipt, storage, and issue processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials against POs, delivery notes, and documents.
• Verify quantities, descriptions, part numbers, specs and condition.
• Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies; report promptly.
• Ensure delivery notes, packing lists, certificates of conformity and test certificates where applicable.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and update the inventory system.
• Maintain accurate stock records including locations, quantities and project allocations.
• Label and store materials properly; prevent mix-ups across projects.
• Inspect returned materials and decide re-stock, quarantine, or action.
• Coordinate with Logistics for loading, transport, and site access.
