Job summary

Esnad Contracting is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory records for projects in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include coordinating material deliveries, recording receipts and issuances, labeling and storing materials, and monitoring stock levels. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, strong organizational and English communication skills, and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics or Supply Chain are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse coordination or inventory control.
• Knowledge of material receiving, storage, issuance and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities, specifications, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record material receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers in the inventory system.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.
• Coordinate material issuance against approved requests and maintain supporting records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with Procurement.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliation.
• Follow up with Procurement, suppliers, and Logistics on outstanding deliveries.
• Prepare reports on inventory balances, material movements, shortages, and pending deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and comply with safety and material-handling procedures.
