Job summary

Nesma & Partners is seeking an Inventory and Stores Coordinator in Dammam to manage and control inventory and supplies, ensuring materials are properly stored, tracked, and available for operations.

The role emphasizes receiving, inspecting, labeling, stock control, and safeguarding materials in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will maintain records and support procurement activities to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials, compare with purchase orders, document discrepancies and damages.
• Organize and label inventory to facilitate smooth operations and easy retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure safe storage complying with safety and environmental regulations; handle fragile or hazardous materials carefully.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts and issuances to prevent stockouts.
• Prepare documentation such as PO-related vouchers, delivery notes, and reports for procurement processes.
• Support QA/QC inspections to ensure material quality meets standards.
• Update inventory system to reflect current quantities and movements.
• Secure storage area and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and returns.
