Job summary

CROWN KSA Dammam is seeking a skilled and safety‑conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to manage and organize inventory within our fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material flow and accurate record-keeping.

The successful candidate will operate various forklifts, perform inspections, verify shipments, and support warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven forklift operator experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to complete Crown Americas LLC's forklift training and certification program.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately pick and prepare outgoing orders for shipment and ensure correct product and quantity.
• Maintain organized inventory by placing materials in designated storage areas.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
• Adhere to company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, etc.) safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately pick and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantity.
• Maintain organized inventory by correctly placing materials in designated storage areas.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
