• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor back-end production machinery including but not limited to can fillers seaming and palletizers according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products identifying and addressing any defects or non-conformities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lubrication and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production speeds and product quality.
• Load and unload materials and products from machinery ensuring proper material handling and storage.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment PPE.
• Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
